1. I wish to issue fresh new proceedings against the University of Greenwich in view of the lack of cooperation from the State authorities as summarised in the attached correspondence: CorrespondencewithPhillipJohnstoneonFacebook13Sep2019.docx. This follows the lack of reply to my application for the post of Lecturer in Biological Sciences at the University of Greenwich the closing date for which was 3 September 2019, and the appointment with Dr Odesanya this morning at Canada House where I was given a further prescription for Aripripazole as an antipsychotic medication.
2.This submission follows the lack of judgment from the Central London County Court on an Appeal of the attached Court Order E35YM660.pdf even though the Defendant had exhausted his 14 days for a response from 27 August 2019 intimation that I received from the Court that the Appellants Notice submitted to the Court for which £120 Court Fee was paid was duly served.
3. Please indicate whether you are willing to issue fresh proceedings or progress the existing Appeal.

Thanks for being there for me. It is very reassuring to know that someone cares, and does not label me as mentally ill or disorderly person. I use cigarettes and alcohol now to combat boredom, and this is also the reason that I engage in what might appear to be repeated purposeless activity which can then be construed as a symptom of some description of mental disorder whether genetic or psychological.
The activities I engage in are spontaneous adjustments to the reality that I face. What is reality you may ask. The reality is what one perceives. Different people perceive reality differently. Whether I succeed in my target of restoring my reputation on this Earth through my activities remains to be seen. This is why I disagreed with my sister and asked her 'So you think I am wrong and she (my wife, Rashmi) is right? She did not answer. We are both right in what we do. That is the realisation. And so are you and everyone else in the planet. They are all fulfilling their genetic potentials in life through their actions (karma). So I may say something bad or even vile to someone spontaneously when I detect a threat to my survival with dignity but I do not tell them what to do if they do not wish to do so. I merely blog about these communications in my websites so that there is real data on Humanology for the Psychiatrists of this world to consider when examining the causes of symptoms in 'patients'.
This means that no one deserves to be subjected to mental health treatment centres like mental hospitals and it is a crime to enforce medications upon them for they are born to be part of Nature as created by God. If people have committed felonies and crimes as perceived by the State they should be fined through other means like financial penalties and prison terms.
My beliefs are fundamental to what I do in life and they cannot be challenged by anyone without receiving my right to reply. So it is good that the Samaritans are there to judge the people who come to them from the Mental Health connection. You may not be able to communicate this to Dr Odesanya, but I will.
I will never divorce my wife Rashmi and will never break apart the family having seen what she is like in bringing me further advice after I wrote to her yesterday 'Fuck off You Ignorant Creep' in text messages. She is a devoted wife who takes her duties very seriously and deserves an award from Her Majesty the Queen for the Carer of the Century.

Shantanu, I have read through all the emails we have been sending back and forth over the last month and I think it would help to be clear about what we can offer you at the Samaritans. We're here to give you a non-judgemental space to explore your feelings.
Whether its by email or over the phone, we'll listen to you about your emotional responses to what is going on in your life. You have told us in detail about your circumstances, but you haven't said much about how it has all felt for you.
Your sister suggested that you find ways to manage your mind better. I wonder what it was like for you to hear that.
