Litigation is a complicated affair; one needs to ascertain jurisdiction first. What are the full particulars of the Claim? Which court will consider the application? What are the costs for the applicant? What chances does one have to put forward a reasonable case to a Judge that would not only result in a favourable judgment for the Plaintiff but have the costs of launching the Claim awarded against the Defendant. What about international litigation against multinationals.
One has to test jurisdiction through trials in the home country and in the country that the Defendant cannot escape the court proceedings as the Defendant will always try and get away with his or her misdemeanours without facing a judge.
This is the Case with my attempts over the past 6 months to progress proceedings against Wordpress. The Case needs to be developed for arguing in front of the judge in simple terms that the Judge will not have grounds to dismiss or postpone indefinitely whereby the applicant's costs will mount.
How does one do all of these things cheaply so that Law enforcement is available to the common man: one needs to be very careful indeed or one may lose the roof above ones head if undertaken flippantly.
The first task is to find out if a lawyer will accept the processing of the litigation. For this one has to go through due process and identify who is going to be the correct Defendant to launch the case against in order to get a Hearing of the complaint that one is lodging.
The following proceedings are an example:

Please consider the attached documents and the lack of response in relation to a Defamation matter reported to HR.Org and advise on how I can find a lawyer in the USA willing and able to consider the application. I live in the United Kingdom.

A number of queries exist at this point in time, as follows:
(a) I requested Wordpress to allow me to upgrade my account as is routine under the terms and conditions of Usage, after the free trial period that I tested the facility, but it will not allow me to upgrade. No justification has been proferred as to why this restoration of my journalistic career through my Blog with this Firm: https://shantanup.wordpress.com is not forthcoming. I have exhausted all legal processes of the United Kingdom and the United States of America.
(b) I require an immediate refund of £347 from Managed Divorce for its failure to tell me when I need to pay the Court Fee, as shown in the attached: ToManagedDivorce1Nov2019.docx. I refuse to deal with this Firm and will pursue the separation of family assets and finances through my solicitor Bassets.
(c) Toqa Reada has yet to refund me the $50 obtained through extortion and false pretences and PAYPAL is not taking any action to recover this sum for me. This must be rectified immediately. See ToToqaReada(GazaVisit)18Oct.docx.
(d) HMCTS has yet to refund me the roughly £1000 paid in Court Fees for its failure to consider my application to appear before the Circuit Judge to have my permission to appeal the Court Order from the Central London County Court approved in order to progress the appeal without delay for the 13 week delay in its consideration from the telephone discussion that I had with Carlynne of the Court yesterday is unacceptable. I must have some or all the Court Fees refunded immediately. See ToHoldenandCoLLPccCentralLondonCountyCourt31Oct2019.docx.
(e) Liverpool Victoria must pay me the salvage value for vehicle KF53JWD of £800 pounds in view of the fact that following the accident of 15 November 2018, the vehicle was deemed a write off.
Please let me know the time scale for your resolution of these complaints that I have brought to your attention.
