Dear Sir/Madam

I have had correspondence with numerous solicitors/Law Firms to initiate proceedings against Wordpress for the unlawful archiving and suspending of my Blog https://shantanup.wordpress.com but to no avail as the attached correspondence shows: FrKimberleyBradfield(JeffriesLaw)5Dec2019.docx. I am steadily working my way through all the Law Firms in the Law Society website until I find a solicitor who is willing and able to take these instructions from me. The relevant Court Order for Appeal is attached: CentralLondonCourtOrderE35YM66030September2019.docx. Please note that without this Appeal I am restricted by another Court Order from being able to initiate any proceedings directly to CCMCC, so need a legal representative to do so for me: see Dr S Panigrahi.PDF. It is a question of Human Rights for a citizen to be able to initiate court proceedings to protect himself or herself from criminals.

I am therefore seeking damages and compensation from Wordpress of at least £15 million should it not restore my Blog. I have a fighting fund to initiate court proceedings for defamation and harm done to my reputation as a Social Media journalist as a result.

Please let me know if you are able to deal with this litigation, and let me know your fees.

Yours sincerely

Dear Sir/Madam

I have not been able to make any progress in determining the lawfulness of the Care in the Community enforcement of mental health assessment and treatment mounted upon me as you will read from the attached: Searching for Mental Health Services https://www.facebook.com/Searching-for-Mental-Health-Services-109620160474768/?modal=admin_todo_tour Searching for Mental Health Services Searching for Mental Health Services. 123 likes. Do you have anything further to say on this matter, or should I re-seek recourse in the Central London County Court where I have an Appeal application to appear before the Circuit Judge as shown in the attached: Central LondonCourt OrderE35YM66030September2019.docx and ToCentralLondonCountyCourt8Nov2019.docx ?

Dear Sir

Thank you for this information which is very useful.

I cannot give you my permission at this stage to contact the NHS Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust at this stage on my behalf as you have not given me the email address of the local Mental Health Act Administrator and neither has Robert Gregory of Cartwright King and because this matter is currently logged in as a PALS Complaints with Julie Palmer as Complaint Administrator, so that pending the resolution of this Complaint as attached (see KMPTPALS9Dec2019.docx), no further action is warranted by me.

In the meantime I will now comply with all the provisions of the 12 November 2019 dated Care Plan from Dr Odesanya that you have a copy of and will get in touch with you if no resolution is forthcoming. This is because Canada House should have made it clear to me that its continuing assessment and treatment on me is legitimate and lawful in the absence of Community Treatment Order. I have therefore once again suspended all my Social Media Journalism. I will also attend the appointment made for me at Canada House if this is confirmed to me with regards to the date and time. I am copying this email to Ms Ruth Brown who needs to take over the management of the litigation that I have started against Canada House for Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence over the decades since I was first hospitalised in 2004, quite unjustifiably as I have mentioned to you.

For my compliance with the Care Plan, I am going to have my full blood tests done this morning at Shah Surgery.

I trust you will find this analysis and proposed plan of action satisfactory, but should this not be the case I look forward to hearing from any of the parties involved in this dispute that only the Mental Health Act Administrator can resolve as the Court Proceedings at the Central London County Court that I initiated for £15 million in damages and compensation have stalled for reasons not known to me.

Please acknowledge receipt of this email this morning by 10.00 am in case I do not need to go for my blood tests at Shah Surgery relating to this Care Plan.

Yours sincerely

Dr Shantanu Panigrahi
