Shantanu’s list of things to do for physical and emotional well-being: Vows for Sanatana Dharma

1. Try to take a walk every day; it should be for 30 mins or more

2. Try to look up and be aware of your surroundings

3. Look after yourself

4. Drink 6 glasses of water a day

5. Brush teeth twice a day, first thing in the morning and last thing at night: use Corsodyl mouth wash periodically for good dental hygiene

6. Reduce sugars and carbohydrates in diet to control your prediabetes condition

7. When stressful, chew some gum: chewing action relieves stress

8. Keep well groomed; look good to feel good

9. Eat well

10. Stay in the kitchen when cooking

11. Read books and newspapers (Rashmi will bring in Metro and Evening Standard)

12. Watch TV

13. Sit in the conservatory and watch the wildlife in the garden

14. Sleep well

15. Stop printing rubbish; they are all safe in your email account

16. Do not see the world as your enemy; 90% of people you know are good

17. Try to stop smoking by reducing quantities daily from the current 10 cigarettes a day; drink alcohol sparingly

18. Savings in Bank Accounts are good for a rainy day or drought depending on where one is in the world; do not waste money unnecessarily

19. Do not contact the Police, Courts, solicitors and advocates unless family-lives and livelihoods are threatened

20. Jobs are good to supplement income and keep active: keep the Sainsbury’s job and do well in it as being of the highest priority

21. Do not buy a new car until this Sainsbury’s job becomes permanent

22. Do not contact the Samaritans or anyone else but only Rashmi and Rupa for emotional and spiritual support

23. Accept that I may be autistic until proven otherwise; take prescribed medications for physical and mental health

24. Do not send emails to anyone except for essential communications with family, and job-contacts; block all unwelcome emails and unsubscribe from Spam emails

25. Only sign petitions and motions carefully and judiciously to conform to your Sanatan Dharma for which be an active member of 38Degrees, Liberty and Labour Party

26. Do not use Twitter, Simplesite, LinkedIn and Facebook except for very essential tit-bit communications

27. Follow the Yamas and Niyamas of Yoga shastras as best you can
