Dear Sir

All legal proceedings should be conducted in Ashford Tribunal Hearing Centre with a different Judge than Judge Kurrein under Claim Number 2302960/2014 to assess the criminal conspiracy to obstruct and pervert the course of justice by Brahman-Nature led tamasic forces in humanity and living beings generally and which has been perpetrated on me through State-organised religious persecution from 1997 onwards at the University of Greenwich through till this mornings correspondence. I am entitled not only to have by scientific career restored by the University of Greenwich but also be paid back pay of £30,000 per annum (taxable) from 20 October 1998 to the present day. I will not settle for redundancy money only now.

Yours sincerely

Dr Shantanu Panigrahi

Dear Sirs

I have been advised by the Ashford Tribunal Offices to forward this email to you for consideration as there has been no response from the Respondents apart from one or two undeliverable messages and autoreplies that the persons are unavailable to submit their defences.

Please let me have the final response of the Tribunal to these long-standing proceedings that are unresolved after 22 years of seeking justice and during which no fair hearings have been given to me through all my persistence to clear my name of any wrong doing whatsoever.

Yours sincerely

To DAS Law

Dear Sirs

1. Further to my email of 15 April 2020 at 11.27 am to you, please note that I have not had a reply from the Central London County Court to the following request for information.

2. In the meantime, Dr Odesanya (Consultant Psychiatrist, Canada House telephoned me on a scheduled appointment yesterday and spoke to me for about half an hour with my wife and Carer being asked by him to join in the conversation to assess the latest evidence of mental health abnormalities within me. Dr Odesanya mentioned that he had received information apparently from Maudsley Hospital (London) that I had visited the Hospital recently on an perceived appointment at the hospital for my autism referral. I had done no such thing and from his account it would appear that an impersonator from Victims of Panigrahi Association who are listed in the E35YM660 Claim at the Central London County Court must have done this to pervert the medical and judicial processes of the State.

3. I was further told by Dr Odesanya that the autism spectrum referral that he initiated had now been cancelled by the mental health authorities so that my claim that I am a sufferer of satya-advaitism variant of Autism Spectrum Disorder and not of persistent delusional disorder or schizophrenia has been overruled so that I am due to be placed on Lurasidione antipsychotic medication now instead of clozapine or aripripazole/sertaline/risperidone in the near future. I am very dejected about this and would like the evidence of further bullying harassment and intimidation from Canada House in conjuction with the University of Greenwich and Shell(UK)/Sherlodge/Garage/Skoda Motorline to be submitted to the President of the Employment Appeal Tribunal for immediate assessment.

4. Please note that I am claiming damages and compensation of up to £15 million pounds from the Respondents and the restoration of my Blog https://shantanup.wordpress.com as the desirable out come from my point of view.

5. If you are unable to assist me with this matter please inform me by email before 2.00 pm today (16 April 2020), so that I can contact another Law Firm to consider the representation to the Employment Appeal Tribunal.

Yours sincerely

Dr Shantanu Panigrahi

To Dr Shah

(Long Catlis Road Surgery)

Dear Dr Shah

1. I needed a medical certificate before 15 April 2020 12.00 am to go on sickness leave from my Sainsbury's job at Tonbridge near Maidstone, and telephoned Canada House this morning explaining what should be contained in the certificate (which should also serve as an updated Care Plan): as follows:

(a) a short summary of the history of my mental health assessments and treatments in the hospital and in the Community since 1997;

(b) the diagnosis of my mental disorder (eg severe depression with psychotic features, schizophrenia, persistent delusional disorder, paranoid schizophrenic disorder, autism, etc) as it has changed over time.

(c) the medications including dosages attempted in coping with or curing the disorder from inception, eg risperidal, laustral, olanzapine, risperidone, aripripazole, sertraline, and now the changeover to clozapine or lurasidone in accordance with the recommendation received during the telephone appointment of 15 April 2020 with Dr Odesanya.

2. Canada House has not returned the call even though the receptionist said that she would email Dr Odesanya immediately.

3. I dialled the Surgery at 11.30 am but was held seemingly unendingly in a queue of callers that got stuck on No 11.

4. I am therefore not sure whether I should go to work anyway and risk working not up to the standard where I need to be from Store expectations according to Charlie Kemp, my Line Manager. This could mean that if I go to work I may not pass my probation in 7-8 weeks time.

5. I therefore need to come to the Surgery and discuss this with Dr Mawanche immediately. Please book me in for an appointment this afternoon.

Yours sincerely

Dr Shantanu Panigrahi

The GP Surgery telephoned me at 2.53 pm today and the lady said that it had received this email but everything is being done over the telephone now. She has booked me a telephone appointment with Dr Mawanche tomorrow. I asked at what time. She said 'morning'.
