There is no way to live but in active employment to earn a living and look after one's family and contribute to the development of society. Life is not about seeking truths and developing knowledge in the final analysis by one's actions to prove or disprove a theory or other existing theories on the Meaning of Life, I feel this can only result in continuing mental depression from the stresses of investigating Reality. So I am seeking employment again, as this email communication shows:

Dear Katie Marshall-Bailey
I will continue with my correspondence with my latest attempt to find a solicitor, which currently is Creighton Solicitors, as attached: ToCreighton&PartnersSolicitorsccMoneySupermarketFinancePlus29Oct2020.docx; Toindeed29Oct2020.docx; and if I succeed in accessing legal representation Creighton will contact you directly on my behalf in due course; and if not I will personally attend the 10 May 2021, 2.00 pm preliminary Hearing at the Ashford Hearing Centre, for which the Employment Tribunal must contact me directly today on my personal email address. I do not wish to have any further discussions with you by email or telephone pending the announcements of the Employment Tribunal accordingly.

Dear Dr Panigrahi, Acas
My client will not be increasing its settlement offer to £10,000. My client has reopened to offer of £500 to acceptance on that basis that you requested this. The offer is reasonable and is not open to negotiation. Further, my client will not be entering discussions about providing you with a Sainsbury’s colleague discount card, as this is not an option available to former employees.
We’d be grateful if you would please confirm whether you wish to accept this in settlement of your Employment Tribunal claim or not. I note that you have copied your below email to my client’s HR department. On the basis that I am instructed to represent my client in the Employment Tribunal proceedings, I must ask you to refrain from sending correspondence related to the claim to my client. Anything related to the Employment Tribunal claim should only be sent to me. Any “private prosecution of the Chief Constable of Kent Police” is unrelated to my client or the Employment Tribunal claim. This will therefore not be taken into account as part of these discussions via Acas.

Subject: £10,000 demand as Full and Final Settlement Draft Proposal Received by me from Sainsburys through ACAS To ACAS
For the attention of Sue Weatherburn
Thank you for your email yesterday evening appended to the days earlier proceedings with Solicitor Acting for Sainsburys plc attached ToKatieMarshallBailey(SainsburysSolicitor)28Oct2020.docx.
There are mitigating circumstances which should now be taken into account in arriving at a new and final settlement of £10,000 unconditional payment to me that I am now demanding as the full and final settlement, that need to be reassessed by ACAS. These are attached FrKimberly(LawAttorneyagainstSainsburys)20May2020.docx; and FrSaale madarchod bhosadiwale suar ke bacche kahinke pig-shit bastards27Oct2020.docx, that were inserted into my work schedule and subsequently by Victims of Panigrahi Association (VOPA) represented by Dr Sivaji Panesar, Marty Caine, Nitin Bhardwaj, FritzWuehler, Edward Mulhouse, who should be contacted immediately by ACAS to give evidence of systematic disruption to my work at Sainsburys Tonbridge through inciting hatred as a Hate Crime towards me for which the private prosecution of the Chief Constable of Kent Police is proceeding at the North Kent Magistrates Court, as shown in the attached APPLICATION FOR SUMMONS_-(Apply27Oct2020).docx.
The substantive points for discussion prior to the 10 May 2020 2.00 pm Hearing that I will attend must incorporate your deliberations over the 5 other job applications and interviews arranged (two attended) at Sainsburys (and Argos) in its various locations in Kent, which have not yet been resolved to my satisfaction, in that the Fair Treatment Hearings arranged through Ian Tasker and Steve Bruce did not allow me an opportunity to present myself to the Company in the presence of Mr Yaw Aboagwe Gwekye, Gavin Russell, Oliver, and especially Charlie in relation to the text messages that we exchanged during the period of my 12 week probation as extended without the inputs of the Regional Manager of Sainsburys. These text messages will be produced at the Hearing if a reasonable settlement with the endorsement of my Sainsburys Colleague Discount Card, is net reinstated and sent to me in the post so that I can claim discounts on purchases that we as a family have made at Sainsburys Hempstead Valley Shopping Centre Branch since June 2020 and all future purchases that we make at Sainsburys and associated companies, such as Habitat, Argos, etc.
I would be grateful for an immediate acknowledgement of this email, so that I can decided whether or not to consult a legal advisor and obtain legal representation for the private prosecution of the Chief Constable of Kent Police today.
