Dear Olivia

I have lived in the United Kingdom since the age of 15 and now I am 63 years of age. It has been a blessing to have come to the United Kingdom at a tender age and being very curious of life and one's circumstances not withstanding my prior upbringing, and periodically wondering whether all that glitters is not gold, that the grass is not greener on the other side from all my trials and tribulations of going from riches to rags from a £30,000 a year job in 1998 to seeking menial work as Cleaner and Sales Assistant, Christmas Casual work for Royal Mail to make ends meet, I do not think that there is anything that the human mind cannot cope with in one's intrinsic struggle for freedom and liberty on the fundamental belief emanating from studies on The Evolution of the Species that man after all is said and done is better off being independent in freethought that would lead him to find the correct associations so that we as a nation become a bird of a flock and fly together in social interactions dwelling on symbiosis with our fellow human being to the common cause of national prosperity for all our citizens so that every individual is pulling together towards the survival of our own 'racial-culture' in the land that we live in.

I think on reflection that the English and its union with Wales and Scotland is a wonderful island that I live in for it is after all a tolerant nation with good objectives that has lead to world admiration, colonialisation of other regions of the world notwithstanding. History is what it is, we have inherited that history. We must not dwell on the rights of any individual as constituting fundamental human rights, for each one of us have to survive in our country and bring up our loved ones, young and old, in complete harmony with the powers governing us, who we have the right and flexible democracy of an unwritten Constitution to enable the executive to balance its decisions on a day by day basis that it has very good scientists and economists to listen to and take political decisions for the welfare of the State and all its inhabitants. The process of Parliamentary democracy with options for different parties to emerge in the United Kingdom as suits the needs and expressions and concerns of the population from time to time is second to none. An example of this is how Nigel Farage's United Kingdom Independence Party emerged and turned into the Brexit Party to get us off the dictatorial regime enforced upon our people by its membership of the European Union and surrendering to the human values adjudicated by the European Court of Human Rights under the European Council.

This has been a very positive development, but we have to be continually on our guard against those who threaten the fundamental need of our people to be able to feed, clothe and housethemselves and have enough savings for a rainy day to fall back on, as is evident from this severe natural affliction of the coronavirus pandemic that has put a stop to economic growth and prospects of this generation beginning now.

So we must review our response to this attack upon us as a nation and whilst I have held views that fundamentally we do not have the political structures to negotiate this existential threat, we can take positive steps through appropriate representations even as laymen and not basic scientists who have their shortcomings in the advice that they give to government when the Executive has to compromise their suggestions with the political realities that the nation must stay calm, because calmness and tranquillity of the mind generates ideas subconsciously for the correct day to day changes that we need to make to the State in persevering with the objective of the preservation of all our people in this island of ours.

So I stand with the government of Mr Boris Johnson because Conservative philosophy is superior to Socialism idealogy that we should not be attached to for attachment to a panacea such as Green Socialism that I have worked on during the past decade, does not feed the belly which is our basic requirement as individuals. We must individually learn to struggle to make ends meet and be ambitious that no amount of savings is enough when one faces natural disasters from Nature whether in the form of lower creatures such as viruses and bacteria, or from other human competitors who are all struggling for the same thing, which is economic prosperity for their own people. As such all Union of States are bound to collapse, and history proves this from the Roman times, because Empires became too large to be sustainable in the ever-changing realities of time with new generations of humans coming with their own updated knowledge of science and history upon which to base their own judgments on the steps that they need to take to survive with as much material prosperity as they can muster. As such we must not be concerned about Climate Change and the dangers to mankind globally but concentrate on the survival and prosperity of our own people with all the strength of determination that we can individually and collectively gather and harness nationally in the form of our own citizen's genetic endownment of intelligence and creativity. I am sorry to say this but when the jet is facing danger in mid-flight its first response is jettisoning execess fuel and baggage in order to save the occuping humans, for it is all about the survival of the fittest and the evolution of a new breed of inhabitants from that basic law of the Evolution of the Fittest. It may sound cruel to say this but if the pandemic affecting us now threatens our survival as the occupants of the island of the Britain, decisions have to be made on the selection of priorities on what should be jettisoned first, second, third, etc in our basic survival instinct individually and in the context of democracy collectively.

I am just saying this that I am prepared to sacrifice my fundamental need of wishing to live as a libertarian when there is now a threat to my survival with the coronavirus problem getting worse and so it should be for the rest of the community of this island of the United Kingdom. So we cannot fight for libertarian values that run against this philosophical assessment of what the country needs now and by extension always will do. I no longer wish to associate with the Labour Party or the Trade Unions in its failure to deal with the attached complaint: ToRoyalMailChristmasCasual)ccVOPA1Nov2020.docx

This is the type of Conservative libertarian that I am now, and I would appreciate if you would let me know whether such a revised motion for the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of Liberty is acceptable to Liberty, or I will resign from membership.

Yours sincerely

Dear Shantanu,

Last week you may have seen that we launched a £15,000 Crowdfunder appeal so that we can keep providing free human rights legal advice to anyone who needs it during the pandemic. We’ve had an amazing response. Over 440 people have donated nearly £14,000 in total. This is amazing, but we now need your help to get over the line. The more we raise above and beyond our target, the stronger our advice service will be throughout the pandemic.

With your help, we will be able to: Extend a temporary post in our team so we can answer more individual queries with tailored advice and meet the extra demands on our service brought about by the pandemic. Create more targeted resources for providing legal advice and information in a practical and accessible way to specific marginalised groups such as people experiencing homelessness and recent migrants. Skill up our staff in using our software packages to improve the efficiency of our query handling and future-proof our service for the challenges ahead. We’ve been working flat out during the pandemic to provide urgent, accurate legal advice. And our regularly updated Coronavirus Advice and Information Hub has been viewed more than 120,000 times, demonstrating how vital this service is. We’ve produced tailored advice for protesters and homeless people so they know their rights. And we’re still providing bespoke legal advice to members of the public. I’d like to say a huge thank you if you have already donated. Your help will make a huge difference to the work of our Advice and Information Service. Colleague Liberal Democrats

When I was growing up I read a proverb in a book from Father Rego at St Joseph's High School: East is East and West is West and never the Twain shall meet. I am hopeful after the first visit from Swami Vivekananda 100 years ago to the west and Sri Krishnmurthi's ideas that followed the great scholarly tradition set by Ralph Thomas T. H Griffith, M.A.CIE in translating the prose version of Ramayana published 28 September 1914 (M.A. Venkateswami) followed by the early twentieth Century abolition of the Slave trade in the United Kingdom and the Liberal Government that was in power, and the book by Kenneth Walker, The Diagnosis of Man (Readers Union Limited/Jonathan Cape, 1943); that this hope of the East meeting west to live in harmony globally may yet come to materialise, for intrinsically human souls are all the same, it is just a matter of moulding the soul to virtuosity. I hope to devote myself to this seeming pipe-dream whether or not it s castle in the air ambition at this moment in time. So I value my membership of the Liberal Democrat this afternoon dearly and hope to take part in the Virtual Conference next Spring for which I will pay the required £40, if my British Nationality and British Citizenship is not taken away from me to make me stateless for the Indian government has still not issued me with a Person of Indian Origin Card, let alone restore me to my birthright nationality and citizenship of India. I am still regarded as a mental patient and have an appointment with Chris White of Sunlight Development Trust Centre next Wednesday the 25 November 2020 at 11.00 when I am expecting clarity on my next steps in life, unless you can be instrumental in satisfying Her Majesty the Queen that I meant no harm to any person or institution in carrying out my satya-advaita yoga to determine the nature of reality, and confirm my hitherto assessment of the constitution of Nature as Brahma-Nature consisting of sattvic, rajasic and tamasic guna the nuances of which are unpredictable and which we as humanity have to grapple with.
