I delayed responding to your email asking me to sign a petition on Amazon until now as I was waiting to see if the Police or the Mental Health authorities would visit me at home in relation to the attached medical proceedings which did not receive a reply: ToSunlightDevelopmentTrustCentre5Nov2020.docx to confirm my impression that the United Kingdom is a Totalitarian State of evil as also alluded to yesterday by Sir Ian Brady of the Conservative Party Member of Parliament who said that the attack on civil liberties from the coronavirus pandemic-associated regulations and laws under this Executive has gone without a comment from anyone; and instead the State Establishment of Evil has got Extinction Rebellion, a terrorist organisation putting up the falsehoods of Climate Change is so far as its limited knowledge leads it to profess, to send me the attached email (FrExtinctionRebellion5Nov2020.docx), in a deceitful bid to shift proceedings from the Central London County Court's consideration of the attached CLAIMANT'S SUBMISSION31Oct2020 back into the Supreme Court under the false pretences that I have any other proceeding at this Court remaining anymore following the failure of Her Majesty the Queen to respond to the petition: https://www.shanpanigrahi.co.uk/447644841 and direct through the Privy Council arrangement of the Supreme Court an Order to the North Kent Magistrates Court to send me full written reasons for not implementing the private prosecution of the Chief Constable of Kent Police on the grounds stated in my petition Petition13Reformation38Degrees.docs.
I therefore see no point in signing this Petition even though this Amazon Company has harassed, bullied, intimidated, perverted justice by obstructing justice to terrorise me on behalf of the United States of America that is blessed by the United Nations until you have reconsidered the restoration of all my campaign petitions submitted for hosting by 38 Degrees.
I would be grateful for a reply this evening, and am copying this email to Sir Ian Brady in Parliament for the consideration of a private members bill following the failure of Mr Rehman Chishti, my local Constituency Conservative MP to do the same on my behalf. In this regard please note the contents of the attachment: ToBrexitReformParty5Nov2020.docx.

All of England has gone into lockdown today. It means another tough month for all of us, including our struggling High Streets. But as times get tough, the massive online company Amazon is getting out of paying a new “digital” tax, by passing it on to smaller, struggling businesses using their site - instead of paying it themselves. Together we can show this government that none of us want to see our high streets hung out to dry while Amazon’s profits get bigger. If you think our government should fix this tax and make Amazon pay their fair share - sign the petition today! SIGN THE PETITION You can read more here: Dear Shantanu, Last year Amazon made a staggering £14bn from sales but paid just 2% of that in taxes. And now they're getting out of paying a new UK digital tax by passing the extra cost directly onto the small businesses that use their website. At a time when small businesses are struggling to make ends meet, it’s outrageous. But this could be about to change. Small business groups and senior MPs are kicking up a fuss. They're telling the Chancellor, Rishi Sunak, to fix our tax system so that firms like Amazon pay more, rather than struggling small businesses. But what's missing is our voice. Right now, Rishi Sunak is busy crunching the numbers to figure out how to pay for the huge spending during the Covid-19 crisis. If hundreds of thousands of us speak up together, the public pressure could be enough to convince him to fix our tax system. So Shantanu, will you sign the petition calling on Rishi Sunak to fix our tax system, so that digital giants like Amazon pay their fair share in taxes? SIGN THE PETITION We know going up against rich and power businesses like Amazon can seem like an impossible task. But we spoke out in our thousands to get the government to create the “digital tax” in the first place. We’ve proven that we can go head-to-head with big companies - and win. Now with Amazon getting out of paying their fair share in taxes, we must come together again. Together, we can demand a tax system that truly works for all. So Shantanu, will you sign this petition to demand a fairer tax system today? SIGN THE PETITION Thank you for everything you do, Michael, Stewart, Siobhan, Mike and the 38 Degrees staff team.
