Dear Sir/Madam

I wrote to you in 2018 when I was being subjected to queries concerning my nationality status by numerous correspondence that I had investigated then, and you wrote to me that my passport of the United Kingdom (British Passport XXXXXXXXXX) was valid. Since then I have been subjected to further interrogations, which culminated in the attached email that I had sent to the Sunlight Development Trust Centre copied to the High Commission of India, with no resolution in sight from the Central London County Court where the matter is lodged: ToChrisWhiteccHighCommissionLondon15Nov2020.docx; Central London County Court Judgement or Order 12 May 2020.docx. This followed telephone messages that I had received over the past 6 weeks that unless I took steps my National Insurance Number (XXXXXXXX) will be discontinued.

I am due to start employment on 18 November 2020 to 24 December 2020 as a Christmas Casual employee at Knights Road Medway Mail Centre, Strood, Rochester, Kent. In order to consider my position cautiously so that my legal entitlements to the full provisions of British Nationality and British Citizenship are established, kindly advise me on the progress of these proceedings today. My daughter Shantirupa Panigrahi was born in the United Kingdom and holds a valid United Kingdom passport, whereas my wife Rashmi Rekha Panigrahi (under 35 years of marriage and with her permanent residence in the United Kingdom holds) holds an Indian passport and is a British Civil Servant.

Yours sincerely

Dr Shantanu Panigrahi

Thank you for your compressive reply. The rules for becoming a candidate in a Westminster election start from the point at which you have been a member of the party for one year. After that you can apply to the candidates office for an information pack. The information on all officers of the region are on the website where you found my details.

Best wishes,

I used to be a agricultural scientist at the Natural Resources Insitute and had an unblemished career over 18 years from 1979 as the Instutute regularly underwent changes in name from originally the Tropical Products Institute that I joined to Tropical Development and Research Institute, to Overseas Development Natural Resources Institute, and finally as the Natural Resources Institute before under the News Steps Programme of Tony Blair's Government and the changing complexion of the Ministry from Overseas Development Administration and then Department of International Development, the Institute got privatised to the University of Greenwich, and its first priority was to shed 40 jobs and then another 100 jobs in the Institute. I failed to secure enough funds for continuing my poultry development work in Cameroon and Zimbabwe under Agricultural Development within Environmental Sustainability and when I complained and resisted the impending redundancy and then got turned down by the Government of India to return to my home country to pursue my agricultural interests, I went into deep depression with psychotic features. That was in 1998. I was dismissed from service of the University of Greenwich without any severence pay and the Tribunals and Courts that I took this Defamation Court to did not make any kind of decision until this morning when I found out that the Claim E35YM660 remains adjourned: Central London County Court or Judgment or Order 12 May 2020. > > During this period of 22 years I as diagnosed as variously suffering mental illness from the origninal 'Severe Depression with Psychotic Features' by my private health service Consultant Psychiatrist Dr Rao, to later persistent delusional disorder on being sent to a mental hospital in 2004 and again in 2008 for my disagreements with the Law Enforcement Processes of the United Kingdom and overseas in what seemingly seemed to have been an over-reaction, and perhaps still is under Her Majesty the Queen following my investigations of the Law Enforcement and Judicial processes of the United Kingdom in particular which seemed to me not to be 'fit for purpose' in that it needs to be amended to the requirements of the present generation, not to any time in the past history of the nation, no matter how proud and patriotic one likes to be in the fact that the Sun never sets in the British Empire, the greatest Empire in the history of mankind admittedly. > > I found out that I loved the United Kingdom nonetheless as the Land of Hope and Glory and do believe in Rule Britannia, Britannia Rules the Waves as the leader in science and philosophy for the global sphere of humanity. So upon my realisations that I am honoured to be part of that history and would do whatever I can to fulfill that hope of redirecting the status-quo to my understanding of the principles of Nature that we need to accommodate, this weekend I decided to rejoin the Liberal Democrats because in years gone by I admired the courage of Shirley Williams, Roy Jenkins, Paddy Ashdown in breaking away from the ultra-socialistic agenda of the Labour Party arguing to myself that true socialism lies in liberalism as the overriding philosophy for Nature and Green issues should be taken into account, perhaps in relabelling the current party as the Conservative Libertarian Party that I submitted to you this weekend. > >

I am very pleased now to have received the attached confirmation since I sent you my email from Liberal Democrats Headquarters FrLiberalDemocrats(HQReplyonMembership&SpringConference16Nov2020, in response to my earlier query to the Home Office concerning my National Insurance Number and British Nationality and United Kingdom passport as attached: ToHomeOffice(NationalityandCitizenshipStatus)16Nov2020. > >

Please reconsider whether I am fit to be a member of the Liberal Democrats accordingly and send me the email address of Sashi so that I can contact this person today, or cancell my membership of the Liberal Democratic Party as you see fit. > >

Liberal Democrat Party Feedback Survey

Why did you join the Liberal Democrats?

I have been tooing and froing to find my raison detre all my adult life. I joined Liberal Democrats in 2012 and so have been a member since then although through mutual agreement with Paddy Ashdown and Nick Clegg especially who had found my social views on feminism and marriage I understand to be offensive and disagreeable to him, and he did not take kindly to my suggestions that Student Fees should be abandoned as an investment into our future not just for our children but in effect for ourselves so that they can be cultured into looking after their parents in their old age and so not have to resort to selling their houses to pay for life in uncaring surroundings in Care Homes instead. I was very socially conscious and so developed the idea of Green socialism, which got later fine-tuned to the Ethos of Conservative Libertarianism, which is what I would like to see in the New Liberal Democratic Party when I submit my motion to the Spring Conference in 3-4 weeks time that you have agreed I should be permitted to do now that my British Nationality and British (United Kingdom) citizenship and Passport have been validated by the email that I received from neuvco.com at 3.15 pm today to apply for new jobs, as it was acting on behalf of the Supreme Court in relation to my 5 September 2020 dated Appeal for the Supreme Court to intervene in Claim E35YM660 of the Central London County Court that I appealed to the Court of Appeal first and then to the Supreme Court because the Master at the Court of Appeal would not give me permission to Appeal the 12 May Order/Judgment of the Court of Central London executed by Her Honour Judge Backhous.

Why did you choose to stay a member of the Liberal Democrats?

I believe under the new Leadership of Sir Ed Davey I would be welcome back into the Party to voice my concerns on the political shortcomings of the Constitution of the United Kingdom that I have experienced over the past 22 years of residence under British Nationality and British citizenship.

What do you like most about being a Liberal Democrat?

Comradeship with decent law-abiding and truth-accommodating ethos. I would like to see it flourish as in the very early part of the twentieth century to hopefully get into government again independently without the support of the Conservatives or the Socialists.

What do you like least about being a Liberal Democrat?

There have been individuals who are too strong-willed and subscribe to loyalty to Her Majesty the Queen at the cost of civil liberties.
