Kent Dear

Chris 1.

I was having problems on my Mobile phone email account last night, in trying to send you a message: The Extinction of Dharma.docx attached, and it is now back in operation thankfully.

2. I have still not heard from you if I have been officially registered by your Charity in relation to my ongoing mental health problems being assessed by Dr Odesanya still it would appear for I have not received a telephone call from Britton House to let me know if this supervision over me has changed as you seemed to suggest. I am of course available to cooperate with anyone that Britton House now employs in considering whether I am still not to be discharged into primary care following my reformation of ideas on my religion and its changing manifestations into my thoughts for actions.

3. I am therefore copying this email to Julie Palmer (KMPT) to let me know urgently what has been decided on my mental welfare and accompanying employment prospects whether in the formal economy or in the social volunteering sector or as self-development and counselling-receipt services. I am still with Shah Surgery as Patient Access has not replied to my query for a change of GP Services having completed a self-diagnosis questionnaire in its website for assessment of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and receiving a response that this was indicated perhaps related to my diagnosis last January for possible autism. I will go to the Shah Surgery when Patient Access has replied to me on this email.

4. I would be grateful if you would reply and let me know the position and judgment reached on this. Claim E35YM660 of the Central London County Court remains adjourned as far as I known now, but I hope to receive clarification from Her Honour Judge Backhous in due course; see attached: Central London County Court of Judgment 12 May 2020.docx; ToSupremeCourt5Sep2020.docx; CLAIMANT'S SUBMISSION19Nov2020.docx.

Yours sincerely

Dear Sir/Madam

I am being treated by the Britton House Community Mental Health Team in Gillingham for the past 22 years as a mental patient and was sent to mental hospital for 3 months in 2004 and for one month in 2008 for what the Mental Health Tribunals that considered my Appeals under the Mental Health Act as being persistent delusional disorder, which was later changed to paranoid schizophrenia and although this was being considered for change to autism by a referral to Maudsley Hospital Autism Spectrum Diagnostic Services, I am still placed on 74 mg of anti-psychotic lurasidone and 150 mg of anti-depressant sertraline without a Community Treatment Order being issued and served on me ever in the past. I have requested this morning to Kent and Medway Partnership Trust to refer me back to primary care without imposing these medications or being considered for more stringent Mental Health Treatment procedures. KMPT has acknowledged receipt of my application, but no one from Britton House has contacted me so far this morning. I consider it to be a gross infringement of my privacy and liberty without explanatory justification for the status quo. Would you kindly let me know immediately if you are able to contact Britton House and obtain the necessary information on my behalf on the diagnosis and treatment of my mental health as it stands now in this moment in time, please?

Thank you for your enquiry. Your enquiry has been directed to the relevant department and one of our legal specialists will be in touch with you soon.

I just had a telephone call from your Duncan Lewis Solicitors who were responding to my communications with the Citizen Advice Bureau over the past 22 years and notably during the past 2 years of having failed in my attempts to obtain Mental Health Advocacy Services from Chris White and Patient Access of the Sunlight Development Trust Centre, Richmond Road, Gillingham. I was told to go back to the Citizens Advice Bureau to discuss my 24 November 2020 email so that you are able to guide me to another Advocacy other than Medway and Swale Partnership Advocacy whose Jill and Charles have abandoned my request to contact Britton House to find out why the Mental Health Authorities of this Institution insist on enforcing 74 mg Lurasidone and 150 mg Sertraline medications on me, when I am not only the most sane person ever to have walked on Earth, I am also the most intelligent genius to have ever lived. I have tried PoHWer Advocacy Services and the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman to help me with withstanding this State-organised persecution on me for my Viashnavism Religion which the State wanted to change and proselytised me in its attempt to change it to Anglican Protestant Christianity that is anathema to me having seen how wickely-evil it is in that Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Welby has not given me an audience to christen me into the State-religion as things stand right now.
