Dear Chris

I took the 5 November 2020 dated letter sent to me in the post by Medway Maritime Hospital who prescribed me a Flenexitrade medication for my Unination problem that has got much worse in recent days to the Shah GP Surgery and discussed the letter with the Receptionist at 12.15 pm today. This is the reason that I could not come to Sunlight Development Trust Centre at 11.00 am to see you. I gave the letter to the Receptionist to pass on to Dr Smart because I had still not received a repeat prescription of this medication, and referred to the email that I sent the Surgery yesterday that was copied to various people including Patient Access that you sent me to . I told the lady that Dr Odesanya has still not contacted me to consider returning me to primary care without any anti-psychotic or anti-depressant medication of lurasidone and sertraline that he issued on me in the last three months pointing out that my Prostate Specific Antigen has continued to lower, but the urination problem has got worse. I cannot wait for 4 March 2021 for Dr Bhatt to telephone me again as I need to go to the Accident and Emergency Centre and Medway Maritime Hospital today as I am suffering painful urination episodes and am worried that I may have problems with attending the interview at Sainsburys plc on 30 November 2020 at 10.30 am and explain this health problem that might affect my ability to do the work required as Services Assistant - see FrSainsburys(NewJobApplication)25Nov2020.docx. So the lady I spoke to asked Lisa in the Surgery to telephone Medway Maritime Hospital and explain to them that I must have clear guidance today on my Flexitrade medication and I do not wish to take the lurasidone and sertraline anymore in view of the increase in shaking and tremors that it has caused me, and in view of the fact that I am not being put back on risperidone which I took for donkeys years without suffering any severe side effects, except symptoms of hyperprolactinaemia, high cholesterol, prediabetic state, erectile dysfunction, fluctuating blood pressures, breast enlargement, and high Prostate Specific Antigen all of which I was prepared to put up with as at my age I do not use my lund any more into my wife's vagina and she is also quite happy with that. So all I use my lund for is urinating. So my urination problem must be sorted out medically immediately, and I must have an appointment to that effect at the Accident and Emergency Centre of Medway Maritime Hospital.

The receptionist said that the packet of Flexisitrate that I had given her 5-6 days ago on the instructions by telephone of Dr Smart was given to Dr Smart who had said to me that she would write to Medway Maritime Hospital immediately and get my repeat prescription issued for this medication. She checked on the computer data base and said that there is no record of any emails having been sent by Dr Smart to Dr Bhatt at Medway Maritime hospital, but Lisa will send an email to Dr Bhatt when they have tried for a second time to contact Medway Maritime Hospital by telephone. She would then telephone me with the results of the discussions with Medway Maritime Hospital. It is now 16.23 hours and no telephone has come from the Surgery to tell me what is happening about my medical issues from Dr Odesanya, Dr Bhatt or Dr Smart, and no appointment has been made for me a the Accident and Emergency Centre of Medway Maritime Hospital or at the Surgery. I was told that if I need to speak to the doctor, I would have to go into the Surgery tomorrow morning and try and make such appointment.

It is prevarications and machinations like this that had led me to attempt registration with Patient Access, for fresh new insights on the Constitution of the National Health Service as a provider of Health services to the frail, infirm and vulnerable people like me.

Still I would like to come and see you next Wednesday 2 December 2020 at 11.00 am by which time I would know the outcome of my interview with Sainsburys so we can hold meaningful discussions then. I will just have to manage somehow with the Tamsoulosin tablets and lurasidone and sertraline medications that my wife insists I must continue to take until Dr Odesanya has made a final decision on my Obsessive Compulsive Disorder diagnosed Patient Access. Maybe together we can visit that Surgery to get clearance that I am now in safe medical hands. I will go to the Websites that you have kindly pointed to after I attend the Liberal Democrats Webinar through Zoom later this evening and see what advice I can get from my Political Party concerning the other issues you have mentioned as being disconcerting to your way of thinking about mental stablity and Vaishnavism as the philosophical solution to such paranoid schizophrenia symptoms of persistent delusional disorder in its Hindutva-autism manifestation of Autism Spectrum Diagnostic Services of Maudsley Hospital. Thank you very much for keeping in touch.

Yours sincerely

Hi Shantanu,

I was looking forward to meeting today and prepared a few questions and bits of information. I don't have a great deal of time today, but in the time when we were supposed to meet, I read more details from the web links and documents attached to your emails. As we have not met face to face, I am not best informed about your current state of welbeing and I have a few concerns based on the communication between you and various organisations documented in the emails. During these challenging times I am particularly worried about the pressure you may be experiencing. So that could include, financial, looking for work, isolation, lack of response from or reduced access to services - including health related. I have several questions which I would only be able to methodically ask, should we meet up or chat via a video conference applicaiton. One thing I can do is let you know about 3 places who you can approach for help if you need it.

1 RBLI are funded to help people find work. It does not matter whether people are high functioning intellectuals or people with a severe disability, they are equipped to provide assistance for just about anyone. https://rbli.co.uk/back-to-work-support/

2 If you find things are getting on top of you and you need to talk to someone with the ability to get you back on track to better stability or a happier state of mind, there is a walk in centre open 6pm - 11pm on Woodlands road. You can literally drive down and walk in. https://www.mhm.org.uk/kent-safe-havens Kent and Medway Safe Havens | Mental Health Matters The Safe Havens offer out-of-hours mental health support to anyone aged 16+ in the Kent and Medway area. The Havens have now re-opened for face-to-face support and will continue to remain open during the November 2020 lockdown. www.mhm.org.uk 3 You mentioned 'Autism Spectrum Diagnostic Services' and there are a great team of local people you could approach for advice. I have worked alongside them in the distant past. https://www.kentautistictrust.org/ I obviously know more people you might like to be referred on to, but I am really worried that at this point in time you may need some feedback. One more concern of mine is the current lockdown has had an impact on the development of the services we provide at Sunlight. But that does not mean we are not planning, researching and keeping focus on future exciting steps. I am interested in your journey and would like to play a useful part in it, but at present the strongest thing I may be able to offer is referrals to other services. Thanks, Chris White

Dear Chris

1. I was having problems on my Mobile phone emai account last night, in trying to send you a message: The Extinction of Dharma.docx attached, and it is now back in operation thankfully.

2. I have still not heard from you if I have been officially registered by your Charity in relation to my ongoing mental health problems being assessed by Dr Odesanya still it would appear for I have not received a telephone call from Britton House to let me know if this supervision over me has changed as you seemed to suggest. I am of course available to cooperate with anyone that Britton House now employs in considering whether I am still not to be discharged into primary care following my reformation of ideas on my religion and its changing manifestations into my thoughts for actions.

3. I am therefore copying this email to Julie Palmer to let me know urgently what has been decided on my mental welfare and accompanying employment prospects whether in the formal economy or in the social volunteering sector or as self-development and counselling receipt services. I am still with Shah Surgery as Patient Access has not replied to my query for a change of GP Services having completed a self-diagnosis questionnaire in its website for assessment of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and receiving a response that this was indicated perhaps related to my diagnosis last January for possible autism. I will go to the Shah Surgery when Patient Access has replied to me on this email.

4. I would be grateful if you would reply and let me know the position and judgment reached on this. Claim E35YM660 of the Central London County Court remains adjourned as far as I known now, but I hope to receive clarification from Her Honour Judge Backhous in due course: Central London County Court of Judgment 12 May 2020.docx; ToSupremeCourt5Sep2020.docx; CLAIMANT'S SUBMISSION19Nov2020.docx.
