Dear Julie

I have not yet received a letter of appointment to see Dr Odesanya, Consultant Psychiatrist, Britton House, and wish to attend the following confirmed interview tomorrow, 30 November 2020 at 10.30 am, as I wish to come out of my isolation to seek employment in view of the fact that none of the volunteering references in his 5 November 2020 Update on the Care Plan of 28 August 2020 ref OO/grb have amounted to much due to the abysmal non-cooperation of the Volunteer agencies and institutions locally. This was all being coordinated by Chris White who I understand will contact me on Monday 30 November 2020, whether before 9.30 am (preferably) or after, I do not know. So I need to see what Sainsburys decided for me as a Key Worker under the Coronavirus Restrictions and get appropriate approval, before the interview. I hope everything is fine, and you can clarify for me now whether I should try and seek Rochester Hospice's Marty Reeves is considering my application as attached: FrMartynReeves(FriendsofWisdomHospice27November2020.docx. I have still not received the Form promised to me by Personal Independence Payment (PIP) for the replacement of this method of assisting me to live to relative comfort with my financial commitments that you know about (I was told when I last visited the Shah GP Surgery on the morning of Wednesday 27 November 2020, that the Surgery will be able to support my Personal Independence Payment application when I received the Form from PIP. so it is vital that I see whether Sainsburys plc will have me back at Tonbridge Convenience Store or at the Angel Road Branch in Tonbridge itself following this interview.

Incidentally, I understand that I am still registered as a patient with Dr Smart, my GP at Shah Surgery situated at Long Catlis Road, Parkwood Gillingham and they are waiting to hear from Medway Maritime Hospital on whether my one-off prescription of Finasteride issued to me by the Hospital and the Surgery earlier this week and which together with Tamsoulosin is having some beneficial effects on me on the Urological problem, will be extended into repeat prescriptions to be directly sent to Boots the Chemists from now on. I have a letter from the Hospital that Dr Bhatt will next contact me on the telephone on 3 March 2021 at 16.15 hours, so I look forward to that appointment and do not need to go to the Accident and Emergency Department of Medway Maritime Hospital right at this moment in time but things could change if I do not get my repeat prescription of Fenasteride on time - Dr Smart as you know was very lacksadaisical about this after she telephoned me with the results of my latest Prostate Specific Antigen Blood test that was done on 17 November 2020 which shows a continuing decline from 9.4 to 7.5 and now 5.2 from what I remember of the conversation from the top of my head so you would need to check this with the Surgery before speaking to Dr Odesanya and let me know what my current diagnosis and prognosis is, in view of the fact that I told PIP that I felt that I was terminally ill and have mentioned this to my wife so have taken the steps to arrange my residence to the Wisdom Hospice where I would also be able to volunteer without problems under their health supervision as necessary.

Yours sincerely

Dear ME7 Work

I would apply for a few of these jobs, but will only be available for Work after 3 January 2021 due to a prior commitment to Sainsburys (Tonbridge) where I have an induction on 6 December 2020 to work for 4 weeks as Christmas Casual Services Assistant which is more suitable for me for I would only be working on the Till rather than doing shelf-replenishment and other chores that got my probation at Sainsburys' Tonbridge Road Branch Convenience Store extended from 4 weeks to 7 weeks and then to 12 weeks, but my Case Rate on those strenuous physical activities was not up to the required Standard as a mental patient of 22 years under the current supervision and medicinal treatment of Dr Odesanya, Consultant Psychiatrist at Britton House, Gillingham and my own GP Dr Mawanche at the Long Catlis Road Parkwood Surgery as outlined here: https://www.theconservativelibertariansociety.com/post/state-payments-of-financial-support-benefits-to-the-disabled.

I am currently not fit for work at the Sainsburys plc Tonbridge as I have peripheral vision to add to those symptoms and cannot drive 50 minutes to Tonbridge and another 50 minutes back, my wife and Carer has told me. Unfortunately, the Personal Indepence Division of the Department of Works and Pensions is not just lackadasical in its assessment of my Claim for (PIP) through its own health professional judging from its silence this Tuesday morning (shame on them), the Court of Central London has also not answered my three questions as shown in the attached: FrSurveyMonkey(Questions)2Dec2020.docx, so I am forced into working for Sainsburys in a diminished capacity to make ends meet for I have financial commitments.

Thank you for your concern.

Please contact me again with suitable Sales Assistant vacancies at Supermarkets like Boots, Morrissons, Aldi, Tesco and Sainsburys, all of whom have agreed to be kind and patient with me as I struggle in the workplace with my physical problems of Urination and 'gaand mein danda dalna‘ habit as an Obsessive Compulsive Disorder symptoms of Autism that you know about as a Vaishnavic trait where I am led to believe in my mental illness that this is the dharma that rakshati dharma.

Now I really must go to the Accidents and Emergency Department of Medway Maritime Hospital just as soon as I have done the work instructed to me by my wife and Carer to take me away from sleeping in my bedroom of Shanti Niwas despite her not agreeing to the change of property name from Irwin Lodge that I have always detested as an Empirical-shit House of Cards that topple over at the slightest wind power of my farting-arse.

Yours sincerely
