To Central London County Court

Supreme Court of the United Kingdom

North Kent Magistrates Court Maidstone Crown Court

My Lord/Ladyship

1. Despite my continuing peace-seeking actions (see Update on personal circumstances relating to E35YM660 Hearing of 19 January 2021.doc; (ToWordpressccAnnenburgPublicPolicyUSA1Jan2021.docx; REC185VR_608485_application_forms.pdf) to restore my normal living conditions in the United Kingdom, I am being harassed, bullied, persecuted, with a view to making my life in the United Kingdom impossible, as I am sure you will agree from an examination of the attached additional correspondence: FrStamp(CAE)3Jan2021.docx;FrVOPA(CAE)3Jan2021.docx; FrDrOdesanyaCANADAHouse(CAREPLAN)21Dec2020.docx).

2. I thought that withdrawing my demands for (a) £40 million in damages and compensation from the UK Treasury and (b) the simultaneous restoration of the unlawful and hideous non-restoration of my Blog https://shantanup.wordpress.com; in the spirit of my Hindu religion of Vaishnavism would lead to these humanimal parasites of Nature leaving me alone to my freedom and liberty to stay within the confines of my home and pursuing political dream to make my cherished karma to serve the nation as the General Secretary of the Conservative Libertarian Party of the United Kingdom with due registration at the Election Commission on its decision to let me start applying for the position of Police and Crime Commissioner at the May 2021 Election as the single member of the Party currently - please see attached https://theconservativelibertarianpartyoftheunitedkingdom.com but the criminals are continuing with their criminal activities against me, without any report from Kent Police to my allegations against the 1500 or so individuals and institutions nationally and internationally over the past 23 years. The Conservative Libertarian Party of the United Kingdom https://theconservativelibertarianpartyoftheunitedkingdom.com Political Party

3. I therefore have no choice but to await the decision of the Magistrate at North Kent Magistrates Court with respect to the attached Summons that is pending consideration: APPLICATION FOR SUMMONS_1Apply27OctPLY.

Yours sincerely

Subject: Your letter to me sent in post dated 21 December 2020 and received on 31 December 2020

To Mr Darren Turner

ER Admin Team J Sainsbury plc 33 Holborn London EC1N 2 HT

Dear Mr Turner

Please refer to the attached email and letter communications that have been exchanged between Sainsbury's plc and myself over the past few days: ToSainsburysccRashmi30Dec2020.docx; and FrSainsburysplc(MattSageTonbridge)31Dec2020.docx.

On receipt of the letter from Matt Sage I telephoned 0800 027 7777 (Sainsburys Employment Assistant Programme) and spoke with Liz with my concerns on the contents of the letter. She directed me to telephone 0800 0153030 which I did soon afterwards on 31 December 2020, during which I explained that the letter was incomplete by virtue of the fact that 'a copy of the notes taken at the meeting' had not been appended to have formed the basis of the Appeal, so that I am disregarding this letter as premature. Further, I mentioned to the official that I had not returned the Sainsbury's uniform (two coats) and the name badge, at the end of the meeting although I asked Mr Sage if I was required to do so there and then. I had further asked for the notes of the meeting to be issued to me at the end of the meeting, a request which was declined by Mr Sage. I also asked then that it should be sent to me by First Class Recorded Delivery, and this too was declined. So I was asked to clock out and there was no discussion of the attached communication: ToSainsburys(FeedbackOnlinethrough my Account).docx.

Not withstanding, I am disappointed that I was not permitted to complete my scheduled shifts during the contractual period of employment before the receipt of this letter and would therefore like to state, pending the resolution of this dispute under Appeal, as follows:

1. I expect to be paid in full for all the shifts that were clarified to me during my Till Training where overtime was added to the original shift schedule.

2. I will only return the uniforms and name badge after I have received the result of the Appeal for reinatatement into the Sainsbury's Tonbridge Road Maidstone Employment on which I am still awaiting the Fair Treatment Hearing to be organised by Steve Bruce of the Company.

3. I do not accept the legal basis for classifying me as not-for-rehire until after the Tribunal at Ashford completes its adjudication - please refer to correspondence: Dr SPanigrahi-FT-inv.remains ongoing.update 10.7.20-1.pdf; ACASNotification(Sainsburys).pdf; 2302781-202 AckEmplTribunalSainsburys.pdf; 2302781-2020 NOHHearing21May2021_2pm.pdf.

4. Accordingly, I reject the previous issue of the P45 in relation to the Sainsburys Tonbridge Convenience Store employment as has been clarified to you adequately so that your basis for classifying me as 'not-for-rehire' is unlawful and represents contempt of HMCTS as perverse to the Judgement of the Tribunal Judge that the Hearing scheduled for 10 May 2021 at 2.00 pm remains unchanged.

5. I had previously demanded £10,000 in damages and compensation for the reason that my employment record with Sainsburys plc has been bastardised by the issue by the United Kingdom State authorities of the attached email FrKimberleyBrooks(LawAttorneyagainstSainsburys)20May2020.docx, and this remains my main submission to the Tribunal Judge for its Direction of the Tribunal proceedings under which all the evidence from the 4-5 employment applications that I made during the past year at Sainsburys (and its Argos) will have to be considered in the due disposal of my Claim. Unitl then the contractual payments of 12 hours as Trading Officer at Sainsburys Tonbridge Road Maidstone and as Services Assistant at Sainsbury's Tonbrdige Store, must continue with back pay dated to as continuous employment at Sainsburys in its various branches that started on 15 March 2020: I will be checking my bank statements to reflect that this is taking place until the Tribunal is approached again.

Yours sincerely

Dr Shantanu Panigrahi
