I need an Indian Passport immediately to travel to India as soon as possible. I currently hold as I write a full Passport of the United Kingdom, as attached 2020-11-27_0090339 Shantanu Panigrahi.pdf. I have never ever during the stay in this country been charged with any crimes or misdemeanour let alone being convicted for any kind of even forensic conduct (although I am classified as a mental patient in accordance with the attached Care Plan [FrDrOdesaya(CAREPLAN)19Feb2021] because of disciplinary charge levelled against me in 1998 by the University of Greenwich which I denied consistently), and which has not yet been superceded by any other Care Plan for more severe restrictions on me from the Consultant Psychiatrists at Britton House, Gillingham, Kent ME8 0SL.In this regard I had twice in 2004 (3 months) and 2008 (1 month) been admitted to mental hospitals, but have lived happily in the Community since then with full freedom each day of my life since. You may please let me know what the procedure is to institute this application for an Indian passport as born in India and having come to the United Kingdom at the age of 15 with an Indian passport until 1984 that I then surrendered to take the Citizenship of the United Kingdom under a Naturalisation Ceremony that has failed to materialise because of my Vaishnavism religion.
Please let me know what my prospects are. The United Kingdom State authorities are aware of my financial resources to settle in India for my retirement as this email document would show: Toindeed(SupremeCourtofUK)25Feb2021. This application has been necessitated this evening following lack of Appeal at the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom on the attached application ToSupremeCourt5Sep2020.docx.
