Dear Sir/Madam

Thank you for this email.

I was waiting to hear from the North Kent Magistrates Court in the past hour to inform me how the few flaws in the Summons identified by Lucy Trevelyan could be ironed out for the Crown Prosecution Service to reconsider the issue of alternative Summons on the Chief Constable of Kent Police, the Chief Constable of West Yorkshire Police and the Chief Constable of North Yorkshire Police in relation to the proceedings, but have not heard from the Court as yet, on whether the Director of Public Prosecutions Madam Max Hill should be the only person against whom the Summons will be issued and served by 5.00 pm this evening, but you may consider the attached relevant: (a) ToLucyTrevelayan(inbriefreplytoCRN00014177)DPP28Feb2021.docx; (b) ToMonnekaTahir&KamranHussain(BlackmansSolicitorsLLP)23Feb2021.docx; (c) ToMrAnthonyShawRedQCLionChambers(EmergencySummonstobeissued)1507pmhours4Mar2021.docx; and (d)APPLICATION FOR SUMMONS_-1(Apply28Feb2021)c.doc

If I receive any further information to iron out the flaws from the Magistrate presiding over this Summons on Max Hill, before 5.00 pm today, I will forward these to you for a revised Defence; otherwise, you may consider the Summons already served on the Defendant by the Magistrate concerned at social welfare and social justice.

Yours sincerely

Dear Ellie,

We discussed the attached (ToLucyTrevelyan(inbriefreplytoCRN00014177)DPP28Feb2021.docx) a few minutes ago that you said I should send it by email to clerk@18rlc.co.uk for Mr Anthony Shaw QC to execute the 'Summons' immediately.

If he can digest it all before I ring him again or he rings me back or preferably replies to this email, I would be very grateful.

Thank you very much. Yours sincerely
