Dear Sir I am in debt the precise amount of which is unclear, at this stage, from a Court Order issued against me as attached: Central London CountyCourtJudgmentorOrder19January2021.docx.

The District Judge has not made up his/her mind yet on the precise amount that I need to pay the Defendant Mrs Theresa May. I have written to Mrs May this morning asking for arrangements to be formalised under which I can pay off this debt in instalments, but have not yet had a reply: To&FrrMrsTheresaMay(CostsinDefenceLitigation).docx.

I tried to pay £10 by Bank Transfer through another lawyer firm into its Bank Account, but they returned the money saying that they are not interested in mediating in this manner.

I am therefore looking for another Law Firm locally to assist me to communicate with Mrs Theresa May so that I can find a reasonable manner in which the debt can be cleared. I can pay up to £30 per month now to Mrs May.

Above all, I am keen to ensure that I do not fall foul of the law so that bailiffs have to be sent in to enforce the Costs Order on house contents and other fixed assets of the family.

I do not wish to waste my time and resources to challenge any Court Order and have no comment to make now on it having exhausted all possible legal procedures of Appeal against this Order, which supercedes all previous Orders of Her Majesty's Court and Tribunal Service.

Could DGB Solicitors assist me in this mediation process, and if so, what are your charges for this service. I would need your Bank Account and Bank Sort Code details immediately so that the transfer of money can begin now, that is during this evening itself.
